A government led, award winning sustainable, suburban housing scheme of 750 units on a brownfield site in Telford. MWAI were appointed by Taylor Wimpey to prepare a detailed planning application and oversee the detailed production information for the second phase of Telford Millennium Community.
The project consists of 80 residential units, road and landscaping design. The final technical production and site installation was undertaken by BLBB architects, Solihull.
The project is innovative, eco-friendly and looks at new models of socially sustainable housing.
