Fine dining restaurant and Bar, refurbished as part of the larger on going works in Sofitel St James's, Sofitel's flagship brand Hotel in London.
MWAI worked closely with the Hotel operator, ownership, branding and interior design team to deliver the 116 cover fine dining restaurant that also serves to provided F&B for Sofitel's flagship Luxury 180 bed London Hotel. Sofitel St James is a Grade II listed building, situated on a prominent corner of the Nash Terrace of Pall Mall & Waterloo Place junction in The Crown Estate.
The building has undergone numerous major internal refurbishments Post-war, removing many of the original internal Listed features. Facade detail, external lighting scheme, street furniture and signage were important aspects of this major refurbishment - with the restaurant wanting to build a better presence on the busy tourist through-fare adjacent.
