MWAI worked closely with the client to sensitively restore a Grade II* Listed Wells Coates Modernist apartment in an apartment building in Kensington, London.

The apartment has been meticulously renovated by MWAI in a minimalistic style sympathetic to the Modernist intentions of the original architect.

The brief called for a pristine, white and elegant look, with flexible living accommodation.
MWAI’s response to the brief ensured a bespoke architectural fit out with purpose built joinery and carefully selected lighting.
